The chronology below is provided to assist shareholders, investors, creditors, advisers, and other interested parties in understanding the historical development of Great Eastern Gold, the ownership history of key mining assets, and the governance matters referred to elsewhere on this website. The chronology is based on publicly available records together with documents held by the author.
2017 – Acquisition of Success Gold Pty Ltd
In 2017, Success Gold Pty Ltd was acquired by two shareholders, each holding a 50% ownership interest. At the time of acquisition, the author of this website was the sole director of the company. A second director was appointed in 2018.
Success Gold Pty Ltd held the mining tenements for the Welcome Again Mine (ML10125) and the Great Eastern Mine (ML10124), and subsequently acquired EPM27498 (Gold Head).
The Welcome Again Mine later became the principal mining asset around which Great Eastern Gold was established.

2019 – Formation of Great Eastern Gold
Great Eastern Gold Limited was incorporated in 2019. The company was established around an option over the Welcome Again Mine (ML10125) and associated mining assets owned by Success Gold Pty Ltd. Accordingly, Great Eastern Gold did not initially own these mining assets directly but held rights arising from the option arrangement.
At incorporation, Great Eastern Gold had three founding directors, including the author of this website.
The company's initial governance and ownership structure formed the basis upon which subsequent capital raising activities and corporate development were undertaken.

Development of the Welcome Again Mine
Prior to and during the formative years of Great Eastern Gold, the Welcome Again Mine project underwent substantial technical, regulatory and commercial advancement. This work included geological modelling, resource estimation, feasibility studies, independent valuations, mine planning, permitting, statutory approvals, and the preparation of technical reports to support the progression of the project towards a future mining operation.
During this period, a JORC Mineral Resource of 102,000 ounces of gold was reported for the project, which formed the principal mining asset upon which Great Eastern Gold was established.
At the date of publication of this website, no commercial mining operations or physical mine development have commenced at the Welcome Again Mine. The work undertaken during the relevant period was directed toward advancing the project through exploration, evaluation, planning, and regulatory approval.
Founder Equity and Ownership Interests
Company records exist which record the founder equity and ownership interests during the early development of Great Eastern Gold. These records include company capitalisation documents prepared as part of the company's ordinary business operations and circulated to external parties during the company's capital raising and development activities. The author contends that these records reflect the historical founder equity arrangements that existed during the company's early development.
The treatment of those historical founder interests forms part of the matters in dispute referred to elsewhere on this website.
Stakeholders conducting due diligence may wish to independently review the available capitalisation records together with the company's statutory records, shareholder records, and other supporting documentation when considering the historical ownership structure of Great Eastern Gold.

2023 - Legal Correspondence
In 2023, the author of this website formally asserted his ownership and founder interests by issuing legal correspondence seeking the reinstatement of the ownership and governance positions that existed prior to the disputed changes.
The correspondence requested that the ownership changes, directorship changes, and treatment of the author's founder equity and shareholder interests be reviewed and that the relevant corporate records be corrected or reinstated where appropriate.
The correspondence further sought the production of documentation supporting the disputed governance and ownership changes.
2025–2026 – Ongoing Legal Correspondence
Legal correspondence continued throughout 2025 and 2026 concerning the ownership history of Success Gold Pty Ltd, the historical founder equity arrangements of Great Eastern Gold Limited, governance matters, and requests for supporting corporate documentation.
During this period, the author continued to seek the reinstatement of what he contends were the historical ownership and governance positions that existed prior to the disputed changes. Correspondence also sought the production of documentation supporting the disputed changes in ownership and directorship.
At the date of publication of this website, the matters raised in that correspondence remain unresolved. Readers are encouraged to review the available legal correspondence and supporting documentation and undertake their own independent enquiries.
Current Position
Great Eastern Gold Limited now holds a substantially larger portfolio of mining and exploration interests than it did at the time of its formation, having continued to expand its asset base over recent years.
The company was originally established around the Welcome Again Mine, which was the principal mining asset upon which Great Eastern Gold was founded. During the company's formative years, substantial technical, regulatory and commercial work was undertaken in relation to that project, including geological modelling, feasibility studies, mine planning, permitting, statutory approvals, technical reporting, and the reporting of a JORC Mineral Resource of 102,000 ounces of gold.
While the company's portfolio has continued to grow, the Welcome Again Mine has not entered commercial production, and no major project funding has been secured at the date of publication of this website.
The ownership history of Success Gold Pty Ltd, the historical founder equity arrangements of Great Eastern Gold Limited, and the governance matters described on this website remain disputed.
This website has been established to present the historical chronology, source documents and legal correspondence relevant to those matters so that stakeholders may undertake their own independent due diligence and assessment.
