Cristiana Zovi is secretary of Great Eastern Gold Limited and has been since 17/7/2020. On ASIC company documents she has the same registered address as Kingsley Allen, at the Mermaid Waters property that is discussed on page Registered Mortgage.

Cristiana Zovi was also secretary of Success Gold from 17/7/2020 until 20/12/2021. 

She was company secretary when the mortgages were lodged over ML10124 and 10125 (see page Registered Mortgage); and when Kingsley Allen's ownership in Success Gold went from 50% to 60%. Her cease date as secretary of Success Gold Pty Ltd was the same date Kingsley Allen's ownership in Success Gold went from 60% to 100% (see page Ownership).

• Maintaining the company's statutory registers such as the register of members, register of directors and register of charges.

• Filing document with ASIC such as the annual return and the half-yearly report.
